I have had this website less than 2 weeks and have been re evaluating my whole approach in my practice. I nonaligned have either of the payment options they allow you to use so I wanted to get a refund and close the account and move onto something else. They denied me this altogether. It is also hard to understand and this is coming from someone who knows html code for building a website. The instructions don’t help at all either. I don’t have much money as it is just starting out and just got divorced with having been sick for over a decade so now I can’t go pay for another platform that will do what I need it to do.
